What we collect
When you send a project enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, business name, country, the service you’re interested in, your project description, budget range, preferred currency, timeline, existing website and WhatsApp number (where given). We also keep the date and time of your enquiry and a one-way hashed version of your network address to limit spam.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to respond to you, understand your project and prepare a proposal. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored securely and can only be viewed by authorised Buidlane administrators. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf to run this website.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email david@buidlane.com.

If you contact us directly on WhatsApp or by email, those messages are handled by those services under their own terms.
